3rd March enclosing your report on

Medical and Health Conditions in Hong Kong

for the period of the Japanese Occupation

and to your letters of the 9th March

and 12th March requesting the deletion

of a sentence in Appendix 3 of this

report.

A copy of the report together with

Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 was sent to

the Chief Civil Affairs officer in
